By placing an order you are agreeing to the following.

Everything is made in one small home kitchen in Aintree that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens every day. I cannot guarantee anything is free from any allergen, and all my bakes may contain traces of nuts. If you have any allergy, intolerance or dietary concern, message me before you order and I will tell you honestly what is in things.

The menu changes every week. What you order is what is on the menu for that week's drop, and orders close at 8pm on the Thursday.

Prices are shown on jaysbakes.co.uk and at checkout, and include the delivery charge for your postcode where delivery is chosen. I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Custom celebration cakes start at £60 and are quoted individually. They sit outside the weekly rhythm, so message me and we will agree the detail and the timing before anything is confirmed.

Bakes are best eaten fresh. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, and treat anything with fresh cream or cheesecake as a fridge item.
